Additionally, communication about housekeeping could be improved, as a maid knocked on my door unnecessarily before checkout.

Couple seeking better experiences beware

So we booked this room for a little getaway and the check-in was surprisingly smooth. The staff was actually willing to help, a young guy named Dontrelle even drove us to the game in his own car, can you believe that? I mean, it’s rare to find such service nowadays.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but honestly, for what we experienced, it was acceptable.

It was a great spot for us to unwind after a long day. Plus, they were accommodating to our small dog, which was a big plus!

My kids wished for a larger pool area for more fun. The indoor pool situation was a letdown and could use some expansion to satisfy more families.

Enjoyed a pleasant three-night stay! The King Room provided a cozy retreat, although the coffee maker was finicky. The location is fantastic for exploring Baton Rouge, and I appreciated the attentive staff at the onsite restaurant. Try the breakfast. just expect high prices.
